Questions, answered plainly
The questions that come up most before, during, and after a build. Anything else, bring it to the call.
Working with Unsurmeta
You would not be stranded. The finished system lives in your own accounts and comes fully documented, so it is never locked to one person and keeps running whether or not Unsurmeta is reachable that week. For day-to-day cover, Site Care adds uptime monitoring and automatic backups.
Yes, because the client load is deliberately small. Yassir shapes all the work. If a project genuinely needs a large team producing at volume, Unsurmeta will say so up front.
Most of a three-month timeline is waiting. The brief passes between an account manager, a designer, and a developer, and each internal review or sign-off adds days before anything reaches you. Here one person holds every step, so a decision made on a call goes into the work the same day. The plan is agreed before the build starts, and the checks before launch are the same on every build, whatever the speed.
Both. Most work is a fixed-price project, and the ongoing work is Site Care, the yearly plan that keeps the site running.
When the problem sits beyond the website, in your tools, your process, or your marketing results, Digital consulting runs as regular working sessions at a fixed price, scoped with Yassir Yahya.
Yes, if you want to. Run it yourself, or keep it on Site Care, the yearly plan that renews each year until you cancel. The whole system lives in your own accounts, so you can stop working with Unsurmeta whenever you want and carry on with whoever you choose next.
Every project starts with a free 30-minute call with Yassir. A website then runs in seven steps. These are analysis, a written proposal, payment, the build, testing, your feedback, and launch.
Where the right build is less obvious, a paid audit of RM 1,600 comes before the proposal. Site Optimisation always starts with one.
The scope and the price stay as agreed unless a change is needed, and any change is priced in writing first.
Payment is usually a deposit, then the rest in phased payments. Small projects are paid upfront.
At the handover, every login, file, and database transfers into your own accounts, with the documentation.
Every solution comes with a 30-day warranty from launch. A fault in what Unsurmeta delivered is fixed free.
Pricing
The number of pages and templates, any custom features such as bookings or member areas, how many existing tools need connecting, and how much content needs writing or migrating. The cost calculator gives a starting range from a few questions about these. All of it is settled during scoping, so the figure you sign is the figure you pay.
When the right build is less obvious, a short paid audit comes first, so the estimate is as accurate as it can be. The audit maps the gaps before anything is priced, so the scope and the price in the proposal match the work the build needs.
A straightforward site skips the audit and is priced on the first call. The fee comes off the price if the work starts within 90 days.
Nothing changes without your sign-off. A new request is priced in writing as its own step, and you decide whether to add it now, leave it for later, or drop it.
Domains and software subscriptions are set up in your own accounts and billed to you directly. On Site Care, the premium plugin and theme licences are Unsurmeta’s, and the plan covers them. Without a plan, licences are yours to renew, and each one is listed in your handover with its cost and renewal date.
In Malaysia, a website from Unsurmeta starts from RM 8,000, and a build usually takes three to five weeks. The final figure depends on the scope, agreed in writing before the work starts. A straightforward site is priced on the free first call.
Websites and online platforms
Yes. Content worth keeping is moved across, and old addresses are redirected so search rankings carry over to the new site.
You bring what you have, and Unsurmeta shapes it into pages. Where copy is missing, it can be drafted for you to review as part of the build.
WordPress with Bricks Builder, in your own account. A build on another platform is a custom project, scoped and priced case by case.
Yes. When the business needs more than pages, the same build grows into bookings, member areas, listings, or a shop. Each feature is agreed in writing during scoping and changes the final price. Payments can run through Stripe, set up in your own account.
Yes, your team can update the text, images, and listings themselves, without calling anyone. At the handover, the site moves into your accounts, documented, with a walkthrough for your team. Any edit you want done for you is priced per request.
Yes. Every website build includes on-page and technical SEO, with structure, speed, and metadata set up so Google can read the site.
Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and Bing Webmaster Tools are set up in your name. For a site you want to keep, Site Optimisation does the same search fixes.
You can, and a builder or an AI tool can put a simple page online. A build from Unsurmeta gets the basics right at the start, with search, speed, tracking, and enquiry forms set up and checked before launch, so every later change starts from a clean baseline.
The editor, Bricks Builder, is easy to use, and most clients say they find it easier than Elementor. If you want to use AI tools with the new site, Unsurmeta can set them up and show your team how, so ask about it on the first call.
Automations and AI
You can usually keep the tools you already use. Unsurmeta works with tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, WhatsApp Business, HubSpot, Xero, and Make.
Most automations are built on n8n and set up in your own accounts.
If your tool is not on this list, Unsurmeta checks it after the first call, before you get a price. If a tool gets in the way, you hear why before anything changes.
Yes. Mapping it is the first step. Most processes are clearer once they are walked through with the people who do them.
Yes. The AI accounts in your automations are set up in your name, through commercial API access, with settings that keep your data out of model training.
In Unsurmeta’s own work, AI tools also run on commercial API access, and personal details, financial data, and confidential business details never go into them. If you have a preference on how AI is used, or want no AI at all, tell Unsurmeta on the first call.
That is why a person signs off wherever the outcome matters. When the AI is unsure, the step goes to a person, and its output is logged.
Often not for every step. AI is used only on steps a simple rule cannot handle, and each one is tested on real examples from your business first.
Every automation logs its runs and alerts you when a step fails, and the documentation shows how to fix the common cases.
Every solution comes with a 30-day warranty from launch, and a fault in what Unsurmeta delivered is fixed free. A new request or a change is charged, and priced in writing first.
Site Optimisation
A short paid audit maps the gaps before anything is priced, so the fixes and the price are based on your site.
Yes. The audit costs RM 1,600, and you keep the written findings. The fee comes off the price if the work starts within 90 days.
A new website is the better buy when the design no longer fits the business, the theme blocks the fixes, or you need pages and features the site does not have. It is also the better buy when the current site is so complex that fixing it would cost more than a new build. The written audit findings say which of these applies to your site, so you can compare the two before you decide.
WordPress. If your site runs on another platform, book the call or send an email, and Yassir will look at it briefly and say if Unsurmeta can help.
Site Optimisation does not include content writing, backlinks, monthly SEO work, a redesign, new pages, or ads.
No. Nobody can promise a ranking or a mention in AI answers. Site Optimisation fixes what stops Google and AI tools from reading the site, and the report shows what changed.
Site Optimisation starts from RM 6,500, usually takes one to two weeks, and always starts with a paid audit.
It is a one-off project for a site you keep, covering on-page SEO and technical SEO like page structure, search fixes, structure AI search can read, and faster pages. It also sets up your search and analytics accounts, and your enquiry forms and tracking.
It leaves out content writing, backlinks, monthly SEO work, a redesign, new pages, and ads.
The audit covers the six areas Site Optimisation fixes. It looks for pages Google cannot reach or read and for old addresses, checks titles, headings, and internal links on your key pages, and reviews how your business details are set out for Google and AI tools.
It also checks load speed on a phone, your search and analytics accounts, and where your enquiry forms deliver. You keep the written findings, and the fixes and the price are based on your site.
Yes, because Google and AI tools both need to read a site before they can show it. The same fixes serve both, with pages they can find, clear headings, and your business name, address, and services set out so both can read them.
Site Care and hosting
Site Care Basic is RM 3,420 a year, and Site Care Pro is RM 5,820 a year. Each is billed once a year, with no monthly fees. Hosting is quoted separately.
A WordPress site Unsurmeta did not build can join once the plugins and themes used by the site have been verified by Unsurmeta.
Site Care covers WordPress only, because the monitoring, backup, and security tools behind it are built for WordPress, and Unsurmeta builds on WordPress by default. The care work also follows Unsurmeta’s own written processes for that one platform.
For an independent practice, one platform known in depth keeps the work simple, the cost down, and every site easy to maintain. Problems are also found and fixed faster.
Your site gets the plugins and themes its brief needs, from the same set Unsurmeta uses on every client site. Each one is listed in your proposal. If you prefer a plugin or theme, tell Unsurmeta on the first call so it can be discussed.
No. The site and domain sit in your name from the handover, and the site keeps working without Site Care. You can run it yourself, use another provider, or add Site Care later.
Without Site Care, you renew the plugin and theme licences, the hosting, and the domain yourself. Your handover lists every licence with its provider, cost, and renewal date.
You choose. Keep your own hosting account, or ask Unsurmeta to host the site on a business-grade server in Singapore, quoted separately. You can move to your own hosting account at any time, with no exit fee.
Most clients prefer one invoice a year over several monthly subscriptions. When Unsurmeta hosts the site, hosting and care are paid together, once a year. For an independent practice like Unsurmeta, one yearly invoice keeps the process simple on both sides.
No. Site Care keeps the site running, and your team makes the edits. Any edit you want done for you is priced per request, in writing, before it starts.
Monitoring flags it, and the cause is checked. Most outages start at the host. If Unsurmeta hosts the site, the host is contacted to bring it back. If you host it, you are told what failed so your host can fix it. If the site itself is at fault, it is restored from the latest backup. A restore needs FTP or SFTP and database access to your host, collected when care starts.
Yes. Cancel before the renewal date and the plan stops there, with no exit fee. If you cancel part way through the year, care continues until the end of the year you paid for.
The site and domain stay in your name either way. From then on, the plugin and theme licences are yours to renew.
Not for long, because a plugin or theme update that takes the site offline is rolled back automatically. A restore point is saved before each update, and the site is checked for downtime and errors straight after. Every update shows in the monthly report.
