Websites, platforms, and automations for owner-led businesses, built as one system.

Unsurmeta works out what to build with you, ships it in three to five weeks alongside the tools you already run, and hands over every account and login in your name.

  • One senior person scopes it, builds it, and hands it over. The person you brief is the person who does the work.

Serving businesses across industries

Three builds, one connected business

Each one does a specific job in your business, and all three are built to work together from the start.

  • Websites and online platforms

Easy to find on Google, fast to load, built to turn visitors into enquiries.

  • Automations

The repetitive admin behind the business runs itself, inside the tools you already use.

  • Artificial Intelligence

Handles the steps that need reading and judgement, and only where it genuinely helps.

Solutions built for your industry

Scoped together, built fast, handed over.

Every build runs on the Scaffold Method. The price and the work are agreed in writing before each step starts.

  • Scoped together.

A free first call prices a straightforward site there and then; a short paid audit maps the gaps where the right build is less obvious.

  • Built fast.

Usually three to five weeks, with every decision sitting with one senior person, so nothing waits between steps.

  • Handed over.

Every login, file, and database transfers into your own accounts, fully documented, and the system runs without Unsurmeta from day one.

One senior person, start to finish

Yassir Yahya shapes every build, working across product, design, and development, with SEO and operations alongside. Unsurmeta is his practice, registered in Malaysia and based in Kuala Lumpur. You work with him directly from the first call to the handover.

What people working with Yassir say

5/5

Before working with Yassir, I was looking for someone to support the corporate website from both a technical and marketing perspective — to advise on best practices and help improve our marketing operations. This was during my time in a government agency, where we needed more structure and consistency in how we worked. Working with him was straightforward and collaborative. He is very detailed, reliable, and quick to translate discussions into clear, actionable steps. He also takes the time to guide and teach the team, which really helped build our internal capability. I can see why people describe him as a “walking Google” — he brings a wide range of knowledge and connects things quickly. The biggest impact was on how we worked as a team. We became more structured, roles were clearer, and overall efficiency improved. It wasn’t just ideas — it was practical support we could implement and see results from.

Had the privilege of working with Yassir for our website. He was introduced to us by our friend. We are not a computer-oriented person. From planning to going live, every decision for the web site is always based on our side and Yassir best experience on the do’s and donts. The price you pay is what you get. Before production, during production and after production it is worth every ringgit spend. Hands down, the best experience and he knows what he is doing. My advice, don’t just get a web site, but get the web site. Great job Yassir, appreciate your work. The best.

Don’t be fooled by his job title. Not only can he do great website design, he can also organize your website’s information (information architecture); write standards-compliant HTML (a rare skill); make your website do amazing tricks using jQuery; code Javascript in a way that’s breathtaking in it’s architectural beauty; and most importantly, create a brilliant user experience that contributes directly to pageviews, and ultimately, the company’s bottom line. I personally learnt a lot from him, and as a back-end developer, integrating with his user interface layer was a breeze. Completely irreplaceable.

Questions from the first call

The ones that come up most before you commit, answered here. Bring the rest to the call itself.

You would not be stranded. The finished system lives in your own accounts and comes fully documented, so it is never locked to one person and keeps running whether or not Unsurmeta is reachable that week. For day-to-day cover, the optional care plan adds monitoring and daily backups around the clock.

Yes, because the client load is deliberately small. Unsurmeta takes on a few clients at a time, uses AI for the routine parts of research, drafting, and development, and brings in a specialist skill where needed, with Yassir reviewing every piece of work. If a project genuinely needs a large team producing at volume, Unsurmeta will say so up front.

Yes, if you want to. Run it yourself, or keep it on an annual site care plan that renews only if you choose to. The whole system lives in your own accounts, so you can stop working with Unsurmeta whenever you want and carry on with whoever you choose next.

Both. Most engagements are fixed-scope projects, and ongoing work comes in two forms: the annual care plan that keeps the site running, and fractional digital consulting where a business wants senior input month to month. Each carries on only for as long as you want it, and the system is yours either way.

Most of a three-month timeline is waiting. The brief passes between an account manager, a designer, and a developer, and each internal review or sign-off adds days before anything reaches you. Here one person holds every step, so a decision made on a call goes into the work the same day. The plan is agreed before the build starts, and the checks before launch are the same on every build, whatever the speed.
